"Yesterday was my first visit to PL LD!! I was greeted by two very friendly staff members (one was dancing) as soon as I walked in!! Both ladies were very friendly and patient (choosing which donuts to get was hard, they all looked fantastic)!! The shop is cute very welcoming!! Everyone *LOVED* these little, delicious, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth, sweet, dessert-like donuts!!! 2 dozen did not last the day!!! Thank you to the employees (I'm sorry I didn't get names) for being friendly, patient and a bright, positive way to start my day!!! And, for making such delicious little nuggets for me to share with some of my favorite people!!!"

"At first glance, Cherry Street looks like the superior ice cream shop. But once you walk up to Osers, you can see that it is something different. The staff is the golden standard for friendliness and speed. In particular the girl named “Emma”. She is the pinnacle of perfection, honestly whatever you pay her I’d raise it. I walk up to Osers praying to sweet baby J that she’s working. Also Rachel was cool, keep up the good work. Also next time I go I’d like to meet this guy Phillip everyone talks about. Seems like a bro."

There is nothing wrong with the ice cream shop on the street that serves them very good quality ice cream. But that's fresh in the house. I can't beat."

"I recently purchased a to go order from here. I ordered rice, dip, salsa and two small bags of chips. I was charged I left and noticed I was missing a small bag of chips. The chips are $1.25 they charged me $2.50 which was correct only I didn’t receive a bag. I went back in and was told needed to pay .50 more because take out order are more. I proceeded to state the prices what I ordered and just wanted my other bag of chips. The gentleman was yelling at me telling me to not come back if I wasn’t happy. I yelled back you are over charging me. I laid my .50 on the counter got my other bag of chips and left. What terrible customer service. It wasn’t about the .50 but about how I was treated. I was mad and did argue but how do you just change prices on someone? El Campesino’s gives you free order of chips with purchase even if you’re just ordering rice and dips. Very disappointed in this establishment. No wonder you don’t get a print out receipt with a list of charges."
