Captain D's - Piatti

They never disappoint, meals are fresh pretty much every time. My main criticism however would be the cleanliness inside and the lack of functional fountain drinks. However, they are doing something right because I keep coming back.

Disappointed at shady business. came in recently and gave the workers a tip. I was informed that no one gets to keep the tips. The owner/manger keeps the tips. I'm reporting this to the state and federal labor agency's Monday morning.

First time I've ever eaten here and it was great. Had an amazing lunch with my love. And the employees were awesome. We ordered in the drive thru and bought the new fish tender plate with shrimp, fries, and okra. The fish was fresh, hot, fried hard, and incredible. The seasoning was sooooo good. The okra was a little salty but still good, hot and fresh. The fries were dry so not very happy with those but the fish made up for it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't understand why the service here is so bad. I went through the drive through, and there was one vehicle in front of me, and I waited over 10 minutes. I finally got my food and started to drive off, then realized they had forgotten the french fries with my order. Went back through the drive through, explained that I needed french fries, and again waited over 10 minutes. All I got was one sandwich and fries. The food was fine, but I would never go back here just based on how long I had to wait.

I love how someone from an earlier review said this isn 't Pappadeaux 's . That 's right, it 's a fast food joint, it 's got great food and is ridiculously inexpensive. My mom and I always get the skewers of grilled shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning. It is excellent, and with that meal you also get a couple of sides and a breadstick, all for approximately $10 or $12. It 's slow coming out the window at times, but well worth the wait, and I 've always dealt with incredibly kind employees there. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Before ordering, I recommend checking the cleanliness. I had to wash the dishes myself because they didn't have plasticware, only dirty silverware. The staff member who took our order was great, but the manager was unprofessional. When I reported that my fish was raw, they did not handle the situation well. The hitman they sent to speak to me was unhelpful and refused to provide me with any information. I reported the incident to Corporate, who promised to follow up. Overall, this store receives a two-star rating from me due to poor customer service and cleanliness issues.

The food was subpar, with an excessive amount of salt. The quality was comparable to cafeteria food. The tables were extremely dirty, not just one or two, but all of them. The employee at the register was slow to clean our table, and when he finally did, it was still sticky and dirty. He seemed more interested in gossiping about his late coworker rather than serving customers efficiently. The service was slow, causing us to waste over an hour of travel time. It was not worth the money, especially considering we bought multiple dishes for a family. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, with customers waiting around the counter. I 'd been seeing the Captain D 's commercials in the Austin market and checked a few months back where the nearest location was...DFW metroplex. Well, not worth that drive. On a recent Sunday morning I decided to head to Killeen for some pawn shop adventures. I rang up my BFF to see if we could meet up...to my surprise Burnet was the closest and newest Captain D 's location. Our schedules didn 't match so I was a solo diner when I blasted in for a late lunch around 2pm. This visit was also during the coronavirus scare. Seems the restaurant may have taken some extra precautions. I can 't say for sure not visiting before..I think they moved all the traditionally pump yourself condiments behind... Visualizza piatti
