Captain Hooks Restaurant

I love the food and the lemonade at this restaurant is so delicious that I can't resist having too much and getting a brain freeze. I wish they served breakfast 24 hours a day, because I love it so much.

Staff is awesome and the cooks be working they butts off food is pretty good. They work hard and they stay open all night. They have a lot of customers that come in and they do they best to push the orders out.

The Chilean deep fried Philly steak is absolutely delicious with extra cheese, mushrooms, paprika, and a zesty lemon pepper seasoning. It's so filling that two people can share one and be satisfied. Let's go try it out! Visualizza piatti

The prices are reasonable, and the wait times are acceptable during the day and when I called. However, the highlight is definitely the food - freshly cooked and well-seasoned, no matter the time of day. I was pleasantly surprised!

I love this place so much . The quality of the employees and staff is s good that I tell them they are doing a great job.I mean not only that the food they serve is amazing.My personal favorite is the lemon pepper chicken with lemon pepper fries.I don’t have nothing else to say but how good they are doing with their business.

When this burger is done right its delicious but not tonight. The girl on staff doesn't care and hung up ? on us. The food was well done when we asked fir medium and the gyro meat was tough when it has been much better in the past. Looks Good on the outside and inside. (Building wise) Attentive customer service hence the stars so far. Walked in for strawberry lemonade. Again looked good, but aftertaste was horrible. Heard multiple complaints about food in bulk while inside. So food wise personally idk. Different chefs produce different results. complaints don't register under quality of food, just preparing and overcooking.

the cash was pleasant, but my garnels were terrible, the broth fell off, they were not great, as I ordered that the chicken wings were very small, they were only 5. for what I was accused of dinner, I would think because of the small size that would have given her business at least six. ? I was once a loyal customer before the pandemic the food appliance was great, but not on my last visit? I will not be working on this site

I called to place an order for pickup and was left on hold for 8 minutes and 12 sec ... 3 times someone picked up the phone and said hold the line and immediately put me back on hold.And to add insult to injury Tamar was very snappy, cut me off twice mid-sentence and used a very inappropriate tone and temperament with me .... needless to say I cancelled my order.We have to do better ... Captain Hooks management let's put some systems in place that require polity and consciousness of the customers time.... these are just as important as quality food!!!Tamar attitude caused me to shop elsewhere!
