Guess maybe it depends on what you order!I got the Salpicon Salad-supposedly with grilled chicken-NOT! It was cold small chunks of prepackaged chicken, not good at all! I expected nice slices of warm grilled chicken!It did have a lot of guacamole and sour cream. It’s served on a very weak tostada shell. Salsa Bar is a bonus! You get a small bowl of chips with your order.They play very American oldies Rock Music -makes no sense for a Mexican restaurant !Large outdoor patio, large indoor bar. Great location, walkable with lots of places nearby! It’ll do in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again. Lots of other good options in the immediate area!"

unbelievable. I'm in the southwest and don't eat Tex sex. that is authentic delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine. tons taste much seasonal many sweet. as it should be done.

I'm visiting the area and I LOVED this place!! Good food served hot, quick service, and a relaxed environment. The entirely family was happy with dinner. The owner, John, personally stopped by to check on us and bring us dessert. We had a great time here!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location, which felt more like a restaurant rather than a fast food cantina. The margaritas were also delicious and strong. We all agreed that Caramba's is now one of our favorite Taco Tuesday spots. The value for money, food quality, Taco Tuesday specials, and tasty margaritas all contributed to winning us over. Having tried over 50 restaurants in the North Valley, we have a good sense of what makes a great Taco Tuesday spot, and Caramba's definitely impressed us. Well done, Caramba's!
