I ordered two pizzas today and they gave me three because pizza i ordered was screwed up, then crust on all three pizza was horribly burned. Bad taste.

This place has AMAZING pizza. Like seriously... the regular crust, deep dish, thin, etc.... Everything is good. All the topings are fresh tasting.. The quality is great. Price it upper end, but still worth it. Visualizza piatti

I have had this pizza before and it wasn’t bad. Tonight was horrible! Crust was burnt and the bread under the toppings was mushy. The slices that weren’t mushy tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately I’m done getting pizza here.

I just moved to Grand Rapids from New Jersey, my dad worked in a pizzeria in NYC close to where he grew up. This is the only slice in GR that literally flashes me back to the East coast. (Just like the Ego Scene in Ratatouille). Everything from the pizza, to the garlic bites, to the antipasto is classic NYC. I can’t recommend this place enough, this place is a godsend for a great thin crust slice.

The pizza is delicious, but the customer service is horrible. Our pizza was made incorrectly and we were only offered a $3 discount as compensation. Instead of receiving what we ordered, we ended up with a completely different pizza. The discount did not even cover the price difference. We ended up paying extra for a pizza that we did not want. We will never order from this restaurant again. They need to double check their orders and make it right with their customers. Visualizza piatti

A friend recommended this restaurant to me and I have now been three times for their amazing pizzas. The owner is a fantastic guy who crafts everything they offer. Last night our group ordered two lasagna dinners for $15 each, and they were so large that each dinner could almost feed two people. It was one of the best lasagnas I have ever had, and it even came with garlic bread. We waited a bit for our order to come out, but the owner brought us a complimentary appetizer to enjoy while we waited. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is absolutely awful! They claim to specialize in specific dishes but they do not honor them. I ordered a pizza yesterday and it was undercooked, plus they charged me an extra five dollars more than the advertised price. When I called the owner to question the extra charge, he was incredibly rude and told me he didn't care and didn't want my business. There are plenty of other fantastic pizza places in Grand Rapids to choose from - I suggest you go somewhere else! I usually like to support local businesses, but this one will never see another dollar from me.

Been seeing Pizza on Fb, and i love pizza. Its like a staple in my house like a gallon of milk. So i thought I'd try it once. The first time i listen to google and hours were not updated. The next time just recently. I was out doing some christmas shopping, and decided to give it a whirl. I ordered a Gino's pizza. While i was in area I also went to vitamin shop, and a chines restaurant. When i went into Carlo's i was greeted, and didn't wait long for my food. I seen these salads, and they said they were six bucks, I was sold. Frickin big enough for two or three people, but i ate it myself over 24 hour period. I even ate the tomato slices, which if you ask my friends I don't do tomatoes unles... Visualizza piatti
