"The woman on the phone was very nice. The wait time for 3 entrees was only 15 mins. This is the most unique food I have ever had! and I have had a lot of styles of Mexican food. Folks moved to cave junction last week. Had dinner at Carlos' after unloaded the moving truck. They served a table of 8 quickly. The blackberry margarita was pretty bomb. Always very good food, well prepared and presented. The service is prompt and friendly. There are so many tasty choices it's hard to pick the best ones. Some favorites for my family are seafood chimichanga, chicken enchiladas, seafood salad, and beef tacos. Get a margarita made with Don Patron for an excellent drink.
