"I purchased food at 20550 mission boulevard Hayward California 94541 the Carl's Jr I placed an order for $29.90 for me and my family to have a meal here place it online they said my food was ready I get to the restaurant they have no indication regarding my food I showed them the email with my confirmation and all that good stuff with their address and phone number located on the receipt they still don't have any indication of I placed an order they didn't even try to rectify the situation even though the money has been taken out of my account this was the most utter horrific experience ever the restaurant is horrible they're rude and no one should ever eat here ever guess so damn very disrespectful unprofessional and I can't even rate this a one that's the negative 10"

This is more of a 3 and a half . They are about the same like any Carl's Jr. Good messy food. Decent service and speed. The building is sort of old and dirty. So yeah it's a decent place. Visualizza piatti

Carl's Jr. offers decent fast food. I visit this location occasionally because my kids really enjoy their breakfast options. However, this particular location has issues; even when there’s no one behind you in the drive-thru, they ask you to park in front and wait for your order. Many fast food places do this to manipulate their wait-time statistics, at the inconvenience of the customers. It’s frustrating, but unfortunately, it happens.

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time, and I always enjoy it, thanks to the very nice lady who has been working there for years. She is incredibly friendly, and her biscuits and gravy are amazing—they're my favorite dish on the menu! At just three dollars, you can't beat the price. The parking situation is excellent, as there's plenty of space, and I’ve never encountered crowds during my visits. Plus, there’s a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Overall, it's a great place to eat!
