"I stopped by for lunch today around 11:35 a.m. and always make it a point to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating. While I was in there, the only male employee on duty was in a stall. After I finished washing my hands and was about to leave, he rushed out of the stall and headed straight into the kitchen to prepare food. Curious, I walked around the counter to check if he had washed his hands, but there was clearly not enough time for him to do so. Even if he had, he still should have washed them again after leaving the restroom before entering the kitchen. I spoke with the acting manager, a woman, and informed her of what had happened, but she seemed to dismiss my concerns. I let her know that I would be writing a review and I will not be returning to this restaurant again."

Had my father order a guac burger but he received just a regular burger. It was charged correctly on the receipt. This was one of their premium burgers replaced with something half the price.

I visited this Carl's Jr. during my 30-minute lunch break and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for a kids' meal. Ultimately, I left before reaching the front of the drive-thru to pick up my order. They completely wasted my 30-minute break, especially considering there were only two cars ahead of me.
