"Store was great but your manager could use a lesson in common courtesy. I tried to explain the reason I could wear a mask at that moment but she said she did care. I had COVID in December. I don't have am issue wearing one but some days I can't tolerate the mask due to the damage covid done. My biggest issue is she was talking bad about about me when I came out of the restroom, not realizing I was still there. I confronted her about it and said I would just call my aunt who works for corporate. She chuckled until I mention my aunts name. I realize people are rude about the mask, but next time give a person a chance to explain."

No complaints. Loaded with no issues. Train had entrance blocked so another driver found a way around entrance

I shop here a couple tymes a day, every day, so I know besides not having two registers open in the morning when it's busy as hell and the pop machine always broke, this is one of my favorites

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff are usually friendly. However, it is frustrating that the receipt printers at almost all of the CASEY'S pumps need to be fixed. It is annoying to have to wait in line just to get a receipt.

Went there to get a drink, I was a little late on saying I was gonna put rewards in and this first shift worker was all rude towards me. Look if your gonna have bad days when you work there don’t apply there because I didn’t do anything to her for her to be rude I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers I almost took my business elsewhere!!!! And it’s the same girl every time!!!

The quality of hot foods has been inconsistent lately. Sometimes they are several hours old, and other times there’s nothing available. Pre-orders are seldom accurate. While management shares some responsibility, they are constrained by the limited pool of employees available. I went there to grab a drink, and I was a bit late mentioning that I wanted to use my rewards. The employee on the first shift was really rude to me about it. Look, if you're going to have a bad day at work, maybe this isn’t the right place for you. I didn’t do anything to deserve her rudeness. I understand that everyone has their off days, but that shouldn't affect the customers. I almost decided to take my business elsewhere! And it’s the same girl every time!
