Casey's - Piatti

Ordered a large supreme pizza 04/03/22 and it was under cooked. Usually their pizzas are the best. It was doughy and the toppings would slide off.

I picked up a pizza from Casey’s in Bellevue tonight, and they were SWAMPED! But the staff were so nice, helpful, and polite. The pizza was also one of the best I’ve had from Casey’s. Thank you all for a great experience!

3rd time in a row they forgot to make my pizza. Three guys standing at the register. One was cook on the clock. One was the cook clocking. Not sure how they couldn't make my pizza with so many people standing around talking Visualizza piatti

Just a heads up: they use DoorDash for deliveries, but they didn't deliver our order, and we ended up facing the consequences even though we ordered through Casey's online system, not the DoorDash app. Now we're out some money. I really enjoy Casey's pizza, but this situation isn't acceptable.

We ordered a pizza here tonight. I make the trip to Bellevue because it's usually the best compared to the store close to us in Peoria. But this pizza was inedible. Not even with a fork could I stomach this pizza. The dough was undercooked, cheese barely melted and so many toppings it was a soggy sloppy mess. Very disappointing.

Dont remember if this was the exact location but I was passing through IL and stopped at a Casey’s, the one girl at the cash register was so rude and on her phone. She would talk over me to hear her friend or whoever she was talking to. So unprofessional. The name was either Mandy or Amanda? I’m pretty sure. Awesome people, great price, many different varieties of food choices, hot and cold items, lots of homemade bakery items. Ice cream, fountain sodas, sub sandwich shop and full kitchen, offers pizza, whole and by the slice, burgers, tenderloins, chicken sandwiches, strips, popcorn chicken. Wedges, cheesy potato bites, donuts, cookies, rice krispie treats, muffins, cinna rolls, brownies, all homemade. Employee are fantastic! Casey's on Plank Rd. In Bellevue (Peoria), Il. Is the #1 Casey's by far!

Tonight was out only bad review we could have ever given. We always wait til at night to get our pizza because of one their best employees they have had for a while now. It's a brunette woman with longer hair she does the best job of making a pizza we've ever had. When we walk in tonight we of course knew she was there working but didn't know she wasn't on kitchen..when we got home we opened our pizza and it was just dry and hard and not right. I strongly advise against dining here in the evening! I visit this restaurant every day, and the morning and afternoon offerings are fantastic with a great variety. However, after 3 PM, it's a different story—good luck finding anything to eat! It's incredibly disappointing. I've decided that I won't be coming here in the evenings anymore. In fact, I wasn't the only one who felt this way; three other customers also left frustrated without making a purchase. They really need to improve their kitchen staff during the evening hours and ensure that food is available, or they risk losing the customers they have.
