A fantastic spot on the pike! The chef-owner is approachable and friendly, making it easy to chat with him while he prepares some of the most delicious and fresh dishes in the area. All the accolades are truly deserved, and I can only hope that more restaurants are like this one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Extensive vegetarian selection, with clearly labeled dishes.

Charga On The Pike is a decent spot for chargha (roast chicken), but ironically, they were out of it on our visit, so we opted for kabobs instead. While the burgers and steaks are quite good, their desi offerings like kabobs could use improvement. If kabobs are what you’re after, you might want to look elsewhere, but their other menu items are solid. The restaurant definitely needs some renovations as the faucets and bathrooms are in poor condition. They mentioned they recently acquired the place and are in the process of renovating.
