Love the food here, great service. Joe the manager was very helpful with my friend trying the food for the first time !

Cashier had an attitude just for taking orders and the girl who made the food was visually sweating directly onto the food on the grill

Chicken sandwich was horribly dry no ranch dressing. Supposed to be large was medium at best. Phone number did not work . Could not reach the restaurant. That night or the next day.?

The food is always good, however this time I got a side of cheese for my fries (in which I had to pay extra for, which was no biggie) except I didn't get the side of cheese. I called multiple times and no one answered and that's the only reason I'm even leaving a review.

Unfortunately, my experiences at this Charley's have been overshadowed by a mature woman with dark brown hair who behaves like an unhappy teenager. Her aggressive attitude and poor demeanor have negatively impacted my visits. My coworkers and I have encountered her unpleasantness several times, prompting me to think twice about returning to this restaurant. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the dedicated manager, who is always pleasant and kind, will address this concern to uphold the positive reputation of the establishment. Visualizza piatti

I haven 't had Charley 's in a while, so I decided to give them a chance while I was killing time before my movie. The cashier acted as if me ordering was bothering his entire day. He cut off my hi how are you with what can I get for you . I tell him what I want, and he 's still texting on his phone. He tells me the total, I get the money. I 'm standing there with my hand out with the money, but of course he doesn 't notice because he 's just sitting there texting. The cooks were super nice, but the cashier could be a bit more attentive.

Well that was quick! I am leaving my honest experience below but I received a personal phone call from the manager less than an hour after posting this review. He apologized profusely and offered to buy my lunch tomorrow. He explained that my experience today was caused but a number of things that went wrong. It is clear that he intends to please his customers so I am updating my overall rating.
