"We have ate at charleys a few times, the second time we waited at the restaurant for over an hour for our pizza but they were busy so I was a little understanding, lastnight we ordered delivery and after an hour and a twenty minutes of waiting I called to see where it was to which she said it was on the way, twenty minutes later still no pizza so we called back wanting a refund and not to worry about the pizza to which the woman that answered the phone got nasty and said “it’s on the way, I’m not giving your money back”...... I paid $10 for the delivery, so $40 and almost 2 hours And verrryyyyyy rude customer service, not worth it, will not be going back"

This is the best little pizza place! The prices are fantastic, and the calzones are just right. It may not look like much from the outside, but the pizza is incredibly good—definitely worth a stop every time I'm in Chipley! Last time, I tried the chicken Alfredo calzone, and it was absolutely delicious. My 15-year-old daughter said it was the best pepperoni pizza she's ever had! I highly recommend this place.

Ordered a large pizza a salad and some bread twists, at 12:20pm, 12:24 the order was accepted online, the website said 50 minutes for delivery, after 1 hour we called and was informed the pizza had just came out and was being prepared for delivery, another 45 minutes later they showed up with cold pizza, cold bread twists, and I was informed they don’t have management or owners there just the receptionist/cook and that they would have to ask the owners if they could refund and pick up their cardboard pizza they sent, terrible service and food was terrible as well.
