I had the worst service ever! I waited in line for 25 minutes, only to be asked to pull over and wait even longer while others were served. After another 20 minutes, I finally received my bacon mother clucking chicken sandwich, and it didn’t even come with onions or bacon.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I ordered a baconzilla and 2 loaded fries with extra bacon. Instead of bacon on my BACONzilla they put 3 chicken nuggets! And I had absolutely no bacon on my loaded fries! If you are out of bacon just say that but don't just leave it off or substitute it with CHICKEN NUGGETS BETWEEN 2 BEEF PATTIES!!

I order 3 meals and the women never repeated my order back to me . My order was wrong as I suspected it wold be. I told her and the cook said I order it wrong. I get the redone sandwich back and it?s STILL wrong and brought back to me cold!!!!!!!Sometimes it?s best to stop and listen. Never will I ever be back. If I could leave no stars I would!!! This location is so rude, unprofessional and ghetto. Once I pull up to the window some lady says “Whatcha gonna get sir?”…like what happened to people saying “Thank you for choosing Checkers, How may I help you?” And before we were able to order she says “We out of meat” Like wow this is so unprofessional. Like where is the management. Are you guys just hiring anybody??? I will never go back to this disgusting,rude,disrespectful unprofessional ghetto place EVER!!!!!!!!

I visited today and ordered 10 hot wings and a BBQ Buford Combo. Unfortunately, the wings were disappointing. The fries were mediocre at best, as they clearly weren’t fresh. Having worked at Schecker a while ago, I can recognize reheated fries when I see them. On the bright side, the BBQ Buford was quite good. However, I won't be returning because I shouldn't have to request fresh food. It’s truly frustrating. I could only eat 4 of the wings before throwing the rest away. I definitely don’t recommend this place!

Worst place ever, the intercom was broken I had to pull up to the window to order. Asked for chili cheese fries. They had no cheese. So I settled for regular fries. Asked for a big Buford and a spicy chicken sandwich. Repeated the order twice to the man in the window. Got my order and all I received was fries and the chicken sandwich. When I got out of the car and asked about my other sandwich, he said he only charged me for the one. The chicken sandwich. Since two other cars were behind me I left upset. If u want a meal to eat or order off Door Dash from here pls pls, keep it pushing. I have given this place chance after chance. Every order from DD has to be refunded due to wrong order or missing items. I went there one day and my daughter went the following week. They're opened an hour...how bout they told me no food ready she just got there. They told my daughter the next week, we waiting on staff to come in ...30 mins after opening. So its not jus door dash but the place itself. Sad truly sad. And I like checkers when I can get it. But it won't be here

I had a terrible experience here the lady at the drive thru was very rude, and I saw her dropping the food I ordered in the grease with no gloves on! When I confronted her she lied about it, and told me she wasn?t cooking. I asked for a refund and shetold me she put it back on my card it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I came back to the store to askabout my refund and the same lady was there and she told me there was no manager on duty and she couldn?t pull my receipt upfrom the refund she supposedly gave me. She told me her name was Lasondra but that probably was a lie too. I even tried callingcorporate and it still didn?t help. Please save your money and go somew...
