Our server and one of the chefs, Keith, had read my dietary notes prior to our arrival. The culinary team created a complex, flavorful three-course meal where the layers of flavor and texture unfolded. The staff was gracious, professional and friendly. this is always a unique experience and we enjoyed our dinner. it seemed, however, that the plate presentations were not consistent at all tables or that the guest interactions were.
