"A perfectly small and unassuming seafood restaurant, right on the sand at Surfside Beach. You need to start with an order of the fried asparagus topped with shrimp crab in a lemon and chive cream sauce and don't let them take the plate until you've sopped up all of the sauce with the fresh bread. You can order fried fish for your entree, but you're going to wish you had ordered the snapper. My choice for dinner was the Snapper Opelousas, and it was divine. It's a snapper filet blackened and topped with spicy Alfredo sauce with shrimp, crabmeat, and crawfish. You'll think you just snuck into Heaven's kitchen after eating this one! As usual for me, the quality of the food alone doesn't make it a 5 star experience. The service has to be great, too. Our waitress was full of smiles and seemed genuinely happy to serve up the excellent food. She was patient and kind and took great care of us while we chatted our way through dinner. I wish I could thank her by name but didn't catch it. She made the evening just perfect in her attentiveness."
