"This was my first and last experience ordering from Chicas. The yucca balls and ham croquettes were dry and lacked flavor, with no sauces provided—simply disappointing. The empanadas didn't resemble the pictures at all and also came without any sauces. The beef filling was mediocre, but the crust was the standout feature. Everything was packed in flimsy styrofoam, which didn't help the overall experience."

This restaurant is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and attentive. Kudos to the chef—the food is outstanding! I've been to many places serving Cuban cuisine, but this one is my top choice. It's an absolute must-try!

We discovered this place while driving back to Tampa and were in search of a quick and tasty meal. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem! It's a small spot, but the flavors are incredible, and the customer service is excellent!

The best Cuban sandwich I have ever eaten. Joa (chef) made the sandwich to melt in your mouth from Ileana's (owner) recipe. Shasta (server/manager) was amazing with checking in on all her tables in a very timely manner. Overall, excellent restaurant, amazing food, friendly staff, great downtown neighborhood. 10/10. Will eat here again.

The amount of food you get is well worth the cost and flavor! The Havana Loaded Plantain Strips and the Ropa Vieja entrée were amazing(this coming from a Puerto Rican who has eaten traditional Cuban food from abuelitas straight off the island)! The quality was excellent on both orders. I am now very excited to stop by the cafe with friends and enjoy some more meals together.
