I ordered a Southwest salad with spicy crispy chicken and requested extra chicken and an extra packet of Italian dressing. They charged me for everything extra, but I received regular grilled chicken instead of the extra spicy chicken, and they only included one packet of Italian dressing. This was a real disappointment.

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. No one offered sauce when I placed my order. I asked for a half sweet tea and half unsweetened tea with my meal, but received a drink with lemonade instead. When I tasted it, my face immediately puckered. It took some time to get the correct drink. I noticed sanitizing wipes being used on several tables.
