Drove in circles confused on business location.Finally after 10 mins of avoiding other cars in this prooly made parking area.We have made curbside spots taken by 6 hour shoppers.I mean what's the point.

Kat was amazing. I was wandering around the food court trying to figure out where to spend my few dollars on a soda. We recently moved here from Minneapolis and as far as I know, we don't have Chick-fil-A in our malls back there, only standalone stores. Kay greeted me with the same enthusiasm I would expect at a standalone store. Kat and her team are fantastic. Thank you for the soda, RJ Feist.

I cannot express how pleased I was to have the food truck at our party. Angie was a pleasure to work with! She took the time to review the menu and explain the process, making everything run smoothly. The staff on the truck were just as efficient and friendly as you would expect from a restaurant. The truck made a lasting impression on our guests and on us, especially with the delicious chicken!

The lines at this Chick-fil-A restaurant, just like most other Chick-fil-A locations, are usually very long. The management does a good job of keeping the line moving by having employees take orders down the queue. Despite the high demand for Chick-fil-A, the long line is unavoidable. My go-to order is the four piece chicken strip meal with a large fry and a large coke, and it always comes out hot and delicious! Today was the worst experience ever! I waited a few minutes for my order and just before the employee came to my car, he dropped the entire bag on the road. He apologized and returned with my food 9 minutes later (most of my lunch break). I asked him if I would be refunded, and he said yes. I waited even longer until the manager came to my car and told me that she didn't see a reason to refund me. When I got back to work, I realized that I had been given the food that had fallen on the floor. I immediately called the company office to complain. Please change your oil more often. Lived here five years and have eaten at this location probably 8 times but today finally killed it. All but two times I have eaten here the meal has been inedible due to the taste of the chicken. Fries are always soggy or mealy whatever the chicken is what I go to CFA for. It always has an off tang to it like when we didn 't change the fryer oil at end of shift. Not sure how it gets so gamey by lunchtime otherwise. Other locations and a family member OO location do not have this off flavor nor do I get sick at those locations. Just this one. It really stinks as this location is super close to home but we generally drive across town to get imo normal tasting...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The management at this restaurant is not up to the standard I expect from a Chick-fil-A. The blonde manager with glasses, "Sierra," always creates a negative atmosphere and makes customers feel like they are wrong and unwelcome. During a recent visit, my mother found a sticker on the tomato in her sandwich. When we informed the manager and showed her, she casually mentioned that sometimes they forget to remove stickers when cutting tomatoes. After requesting to speak with the manager again, we were given a compensation card. Today, when I tried to redeem the card, a girl in training had trouble with the system and asked for help.
