"Sadly, this location is all we have in Rosenberg. Today I paid $13.00 for 9 waffle fries in a LARGE order! The sandwich was lukewarm, as well. They do so much right, but it seems that the inconsistencty of the foods isn't one of them. This location is clean and they hustle to get you through quickly and in a friendly manner. Food is not always the same from visit to visit...sandwiches and fries are just not as good as others."

The restaurant has a very clean environment, and the kids' play area was fantastic for my two young toddlers.

Check your orders before you leave. They used to be so accurate before and I don't know what's changed lately that my last 3/4 orders have been incomplete.

Ordered breakfast for the office thru the app for pickup. Got to the office and was missing items. Tried calling right away, nobody answered... called back after lunch time and still nobody answered...horrible service as the order was wrong and nobody takes the time to answer the phone.

I placed an order through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru, but I didn't receive one of my sandwiches. I've been trying to contact the store, but the phone line isn't working, so I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. I hope that when I return, this situation can be addressed. I've never had any problems at this location until today.
