"Arrived at 9pm line was at a stand still, placed order at 9:10p, paid for it at 9:18p received refund at 9:47p. Tell me what’s wrong with the timing. I order the fish every time and waiting time has always been 10-15 min even during lunch time not 30 min or more. I requested a refund, the young today’s she told me the fish had to be cooked; duh, it is known for its chicken all other meat entrees (fish, gizzards and liver) have to be cooked when order is placed. The manager on duty was very friendly and courteous. Once he processed the refund, the order suddenly was ready. He offered it to me but I didn’t want it. Word of advice, train the young staff on drive thru window etiquette; customer can see them just standing around laughing/talking, drinking drinks as if they are on break when they have a line."

we called the New Year's Day with a big order and said it was ready in 12 minutes. not only was it ready for the promised time, but everything was hot and fresh. staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lady taking order was pleasant...but not attentive to customers needing condiments and the guys filling orders just have you standing there m not asking may I help you smdh but I got my food fresh n hot.needa more than one cashier line at door.

August 12, 2021 I went through the drive-thru on my lunch break a little after 12:15 I order a three-piece tender mix with gravy fries fries a jalapeno pepper and sweet tea. it was one of the best experiences for a chicken express. all our offers and pages were fresh. the front end was very nice and friendly. tamika was the most beautiful person in the world. She was very helpful and ensured that our dinning experience was great. everything was clean, fast and friendly. 2 and will be safe again. this is our new chicken express.

I love this location. They are always friendly. They have a smile for you no matter what or when the drama with another customer. There is usually a line, but it moves fast. I don’t mind the line because the food has always been hot and fresh. I always order the fish fillets.. They cook them fresh and will cook them well done if I ask. There is Christian music playing for you in the lobby while you wait(KLTY 94.9). Thank you for giving us such good service n food.You are appreciated and loved. Blessings to each of you for taking such good care of your customers.

"A few weeks ago, when we got our order home, I found that my garden salad contained only lettuce—no other vegetables. I thought maybe someone just overlooked adding them, but then I realized they also forgot the ranch dressing for my lettuce. I was becoming a bit frustrated, but I figured Mr. Jim's was just having an off day. Then, when we tried the pizza, we discovered it was burned and the crust didn’t have the garlic Parmesan topping that we had ordered—it was plain. We decided to chalk it up to a fluke and moved on. Today, I decided to give Mr. Jim's another chance. They mentioned I could place an order at 8:50 PM, even though they close at 9 PM, which made me happy. However, as we were driving home, I noticed they had left out an item from my order. Since they were already closed, I couldn’t call or return for it, so I arrived home feeling disappointed, especially since I was reminded of my last experience. Sure enough, when we got home, the pizza was burned again (I've added a photo). I'm genuinely disappointed with Mr. Jim's. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like there are issues that need to be addressed. I can't be the only customer experiencing this. My family is concerned we might not order from Mr. Jim's again. While I think we will, I will definitely make sure to double-check my order for all items and inspect the quality of the food before leaving the store next time."
