"I can't say enough about Crosby, but I'll do my best to blame them. First and foremost, the quality of seafood they offer is phenomenal, with their selection fluctuating on the basis of boats. From fillet to whole fish, mussels to shrimps you can create a feast for a king. In a week I enjoyed: mussels, shells, shrimps (they were huge! , scallops, groupers, halibut, wahoo, Snapper, mahi mahi, Jacks, and a few more. It's amazing. Secondly, customer service is fantastic. Whether cutting a small piece, discuss different preparation ideas, or inform what the boat will bring later, they treat you like a friend, not just a customer. My review doesn't make them fair, but be assured: you won't be disappointed by their quality, choice or service of seafood."

"Absolutely the best meal on the island. We started with some crab bisque which was exceptional. People at our table had a variety of items including shrimp and grits (wow), the fish and shrimp tacos, the sausage sandwich, the black bean burger and the wings. All we fantastic. Our server was the best we’ve had in awhile. Live music was great. Would absolutely go back…do wish they had better parking. You’ve got to pay $20 in a lot nearby, which is standard for Folly but annoying nonetheless."

"My fish and chips were overcooked, and the fries were more like cheap frozen ones than the steak fries I was expecting. Given that this dish is supposed to be one of their specialties, they really need to improve on it. However, my friends said the stew was excellent, so I’ll definitely try that next time. Our server was attentive and consistently checked in on us, which was great. I dined there for lunch."

"The atmosphere was vibrant, and the food was excellent! The poke wontons were fresh but on the smaller side, more like an appetizer. The tiny mushrooms were a nice addition, bringing a touch of earthiness. The J chicken was outstanding, bursting with tangy and flavorful spices, perfectly cooked, accompanied by subtly flavored coconut and lime rice. You place your order at the bar, and they bring it to your table. We also sampled the ice cream taco; while it was small for the price, the shell was great, and the ice cream inside was very tasty. However, there was a lot of whipped cream and not enough fruity pebbles. We didn't try any drinks, but they looked fantastic!"

"Sitting on the rooftop patio has a limited menu, but if you enjoy sushi with a glimpse of the ocean, this is the place in Folly Beach. There was no draft beer on the roof, but choices for mixed drinks were really appropriate for a mini vacation. The smoked trout dip was fantastic, and the bucket of steamed oysters was a lot of fun. Sushi chef prepared and presented some great tasting sushi. If you want cooked seafood, I'd suggest the main floor instead. (And don't get the Oyster shooter unless you like tons of horseradish.
