Went to take the family out for a quick and nice meal.. That is what we had. Haven't had Chilli's for a while and we were not disappointed! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

I've been to this restaurant four times, and each visit has been complemented by exceptional service from the waitstaff! The food has consistently been hot and delicious. The restaurant's interior is clean and well-decorated. My only concern during my latest visit was the strong smell in the enclosed area before entering the dining space. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I visited this restaurant with a group of 15 for a gathering following a friend's celebration of life, as she had recently passed away. Despite being short-staffed on a Saturday, they managed to accommodate us. The service wasn't perfect, and you could tell the staff was a bit overwhelmed, but they did their best and overall it was satisfactory. As always, I was pleased with my Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Worst service EVER!!! I just went there with my family to celebrate my husband?s birthday and whatever person they have as ?host? not only didn?t greet but completely ignore us? a second family entered and she start give the explanation about why theycouldn?t be seated? REALLY ???? The second family left and a 3rd family entered and AGAIN the attention was to them!!! So weleft too? In less than 10 minutes 9 people left just because an awful.

Some chefs tend to overlook the importance of details. I get that modifying a dish can be inconvenient, but when it comes to food allergies, it’s essential. I ordered a quesadilla with just chicken and cheese, but it arrived with a ranch sauce that I didn’t want. The sour cream was surprisingly warm. The croutons were so hard they almost felt like stones. The lettuce on my hamburger was nearly transparent. One of the burger buns was rock solid, while the other was soggy. Overall, I left this restaurant feeling quite dissatisfied.

I would give this restaurant negative stars if possible. It was an absolutely terrible dining experience. There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance that I can only describe as a foul odor. At the bar, I encountered fruit flies and a stale beer scent. The service was poor, and the food was even worse. The bartender seemed annoyed when I requested utensils for the Caesar salad, which had wilted lettuce. She didn’t check in to see how our food was or if we needed any drinks, and she appeared irritated when I asked for extra dressing for my wife’s meal.
