Chili's Grill - Piatti

I got Chili's Philly with fries and it was delicious. Also got chips and queso dip. The chips were fresh and delicious and cheese dip was yummy.

Boneless chicken wings are usually good here but the last couple of times I've had a few wings that had a bitter aftertaste and they barely cover wings in sauce. I hope it's just my taste buds on the taste.

The bartender was there alone and she did a GREAT job. We didn't want anything and the food was perfect. I always loved Chili, they didn't disappoint! The black beans, shrimps and chicken brothers were all delicious. Visualizza piatti

Friday night. It took 50 minutes from the time I had ordered until I got my burger. The staff seemed very busy as soon as I said everything was done within 3 minutes. The food was good tho and the staff friendly when I interacted with them despite the stress that they were under

Went with my daughter for lunch, I ordered the chef salad with grilled chicken, she ordered Buffalo chicken ranch salad. My salad came out 20 minutes before hers and they brought me a side salad with chicken added instead of the chef salad. The diet coke was completely flat and it was an overall marginal experience

Decided to stop from Chilis for dinner. We sat fast and waited, and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Enjoy free chips and salsa. For my entrée I tried the Cilantro-lime Carne asada. Good portion and good flavors, but the steak was overhauled and hard for the bite, despite the demand for medium rarely, so this affects the overall quality of the meal. The food was excellent and a great service, even short staff. The staff worked as a uniform team, covered each other table to show real teamwork and kept a smile....so very pleased and I swear they brought my granddaughter the biggest chocolate lava cake with ice cream whipped cream and a cherry on...Wow factor. Thank you to Chilis staff for going this further reminder in our memorial book!

After waiting close to an hour for our food and having to send about half of the tables food back, we decided we probably won't be back. The only good part about this experience was our waitress Miya (probably didn't spell that right). She was very apologetic about the situation even though she had no control over it and the things she did have control over, she did very well. She kept a positive attitude even though she was being severely overworked. If you do go there after reading this, I would request to sit in her section if she's available.

We dined in family table of 5. The wait for seating and ordering wasn't long but once we received our food we had to chase after our waitress regarding any issues, refills, and even the check. We had issues with 3 of the 5 plates we ordered which included cold food, undercooked meat, stale croutons, and some of the vegetables placed in the salads should have probably been thrown away. Had our waitress taken the time to check in on us we could have informed her and given her the chance to fix it. We literally were placed in a corner given our food and drinks and pretty much forgotten about.
