"I use to work at this restaurant so I expected to taste some familiarity with the food. The food was disgusting. The fries were cooked in burnt oil. It took over 45 minutes to get my food and when I got it the food was cold. My girlfriend and I stopped for brunch, but ended up ordering entrees like dinner. We had steaks, and margaritas. Both executed very well. Our waitress was excellent!

I used to like chilis. I used to love their top shelf margaritas. Now, the only thing good is the chips and salsa and the brownie skillet. It’s the new Applebees. Won’t be back.

The waitstaff was good but the food was not my grilled chicken was not grilled and cold. Chili's was once my favorite place. I had bad experiences at several locations. I hope they get better.

The food was good, I had a burger delivered and replaced the took off mayo and cheese. I get the food, enjoy it, and go to throw the box away and see that ticket says 'omnivore ' as the server name. Now, correct me if I 'm wrong and I will take this review down, but it seems like some immature sever thought it would be funny to poke fun at the fact I took advantage of your vegan alternatives. Unless you have a server named 'omnivore ' over there.
