Chili's Grill - Piatti

Very quick very nice people. Who worked the window the night of December 21st was excellent and very friendly.

For this particular visit, I ordered the salmon with the broccoli side. It was cooked perfectly. Thumbs up to the chef on duty.

Never go wrong with chilis. No matter where I go all over the US chilis has never let me down. Wait staff is always amazing and food is always good. Visualizza piatti

Decent food. Good drinks. Service staff good. Comfortable atmosphere. Restroom was not clean. Won't be back. Recommend this place? Probably not. A good manager would have the restroom checked regularly and kept clean.

Rosie is one of the best takeout staff members I have ever encountered. Every time my company orders from this restaurant, she never misses a thing in our bag, and our food is always accurate. She truly deserves recognition for the dedicated service she consistently provides.

I ordered the roasted street corn, but was disappointed to find it completely burnt and not edible. The to-go margaritas were also spilled in the bag, possibly due to the lids not being secure enough. The food was delicious, but the portion size of the carne asada was smaller than expected. Brought the wife here for a nice little lunch date, waitress was nice, she even prayed for us which was something I've not had happen to me personally before. Food was hot she kept the drinks coming and I think that day they had an ice cream place come out fir the employees which I like, however I'm sure a couple people asked for a raise and instead of money everyone got ice cream lol

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server’s service was lacking; my drink was served without a lid, filled with too much ice, and less than half full. Moreover, it was clear that she gave much better attention to the customer next to me, who received a martini glass, a cover for her drink, and a full serving. I addressed my concerns with the manager, but they only offered excuses. In the end, I left without having dessert, even though my meal was supposed to include it as part of a special promotion.

I really wanted to shoot this place again. because I like chilis and this one is close, and last time I ate here and my girls had to wait almost an hour to eat. this time we tried to give it another shot and we never got help for almost a whole 20 minutes sitting right there, even when my family arrived, not even a visit at the table. And so we told the waiter that we are somehow willing to pay for the drinks and go because we don’t really get a service. and he just goes “okay” and still told us about the drink. to go chili! will not be back! the owner should be really aware of how this place is going because he doesn't look good.
