The only positive thing I can say is that our server was fantastic! Her name was Jazz, so if you visit, make sure to ask for her; she’s really personable!

The wait time was half an hour. Whenever we asked how much longer it would be, we were told just a few more minutes. Eventually, they finally brought our order out.

I was on hold for almost 30 minutes while heading to the restaurant. When I got there and mentioned the long wait, I was told it was probably my fault and received a rude response. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this place.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Our server, Ebony, was wonderful—she was very friendly and attentive, ensuring that my mother and I were well taken care of. The food was incredibly tasty. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

The food was fantastic, and it was really spicy, which is exactly how I like it. The waiter was amazing—though I can't remember his name, I know he does nails. He handled a table of 15 guests at the last minute without any issue. Since my siblings and I are from New York, we decided to take some family members out for dinner, and he rose to the occasion beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I only visited for drinks with my mom and stepdad, and I have to say, Arquavias at 'Quay' was extremely polite and attentive. Thank you for the great service! I’ve returned once again and have never been disappointed. I fell in love with the street corn during my last visit on June 9, 2022. It had been about a year since my last visit, and I'm happy to report that the food was excellent once again, and the service was awesome!

Service was almost non-existant. We stood up front by the reception area for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It was a couple minutes later before we were seated. It took probably 40-45ish minutes to get our food, and part of it camecold. Once we got our food, we almost never got waited on again. Nobody came around to refill drinks, ask if we needed anything,etc. If we ever saw anyone, they were pretty unfriendly (not unPROFESSIONAL Just not FRIENDLY). I saw the same lack of serviceat other tables as well. One couple got up and walked out because nobody ever got to them.
