In terms of Chili's, this location is clean, comfortable, and features a friendly staff. There are several excellent menu items that definitely earn a thumbs-up!

The food was great once we got it. The service was not good, I think she may have been new. We were not in a hurry, if we had been, we would have walked out. I really enjoy the food here, always fantastic. But that was my first time in this dinner since this Covid began. I felt very uncomfortable, there were no partitions between each seating area and the people were still set next to each table. No social distancing at all. In society for non-preparations for the safety of the diners.

If it wasn't for our waitress, I would have given a zero rating. My chicken in the Fajitas had a carved and seasoned taste; the onions tasted like green paprika we told them, no paprika plus the Fajitas are warm; and my desert was the skillful cookie. It was hardly warm and had hard spots. I told them not beans or rice... of course they put them on my dishes.

Went to Chili's tonight as my mom had a birthday coupon. Our server Lyndsay was very sweet and did and excellent job. The new ceaser salad was very good tho it could have been server in a bigger dish. Cajuns chicken pasta was not very Cajun at all! Chicken quality was lacking but decent. Doubt we'll be back. Our bartender, Rob, provided exceptional service. My wife and I highly recommend this place. We felt at ease and enjoyed great service throughout our visit. Rob ensured our craft beers were served promptly, and our food arrived shortly after. It was truly an excellent experience for a Saturday night at 10:30. We finished our meal and left before 11:00. We appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the invitation to linger longer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The rust and gunk on the condiment caddy is absolutely disgusting. We have been coming here for years and have never experienced a dirty dining area. Our waitress had zero table manner. And when faced with a black hair in the tacos, they comp?d the hair plate, but then charged us again when they had to replace it. The manager even confirmed this is what they did when I asked about the compensation. I don?t know if they are under new management, but this has never happened in the past. Terrible experience! Our server stopped coming to our table once he got sat more tables. He couldn't handle more than one table at a time. Thank goodness the other servers were so kind to continue to help us because we couldn't even get his attention. My salad came out without any toppings that was supposed to be on it and the chicken was ice cold. I had to get multiple servers attention to send it back. I told my server about it and he didn't even check on my order. I had to keep waving down different employees for help, which is unfair to them.
