"Ordered 2 18 cheese pizzas for delivery. We recently moved to loxahatcee and are exploring our options. Ordering online was fairly easy. The pizza itself isn't anything special. In fact it's not really great at all. It's a step above little Caesars. This pizza isn't in the same conversation as say cucina in pbg, or Anthony's coal fired, or Carmines. There was little if any tomatoe sauce and the dough could have been cooked another 2 minutes more. The slices had a huge amount of flop and none of the slices were cut evenly. Delivery driver was nice."

"While I understand the importance of communicating allergies, I feel that: 1. Blenders should be cleaned after every use (this is basic knowledge in the food service industry). 2. My nephew wasn’t with us, or I would have mentioned his allergy. 3. This reflects a level of carelessness that needs to be addressed. If parents are grocery shopping and send their kids to get ice cream, and the blenders aren’t washed, what happens if a child has an allergic reaction? Is it then the child’s fault for not mentioning it, or should the staff, who are trained to be mindful of allergies, take responsibility to clarify?"

"Gave this place a few tries and unfortunately there's always something wrong. Today was the day that I felt compelled to leave a review of my personal and last experience with this place. After placing an order for pickup, I had to wait at the counter since I was told that the girl was bringing out the garlic rolls. In which I had no problem waiting. I understand that the empty dining room on a Saturday night can be pretty hectic and garlic rolls apparently made from scratch can take longer than expected wait times, even if I did place my order over 45 minutes ahead.... Bottom line is that the food that I had placed an order for 45 minutes prior to me picking it up was ice cold, that includes the garlic rolls that I had to wait for. There's no excuse for that."

"I've really given this place a lot of chances. Well over five times and the food is just horrible. Last I had ordered generals tso chicken and it was chunks of old hard breading with no chicken in it. I can't believe this place keeps getting away with this and still be open. People really need to step up and complain. Shame on you Great wall, for serving us old nasty food. I could only imagine what goes on in that kitchen that we don't see.?"

"So I see some of these reviews and as someone who has lived out here thier entire life I can say yes this papa johns has had its ups and downs but over all in the end they got it. Yes a couple years ago it came under new management and honestly it was a great decision, at first it was rocky but as of today they have an Allstars team. You have the boss who is a Blonde woman that is doing an amazing job with her new staff killing it also very sweet. Then you have miss Cynthia who at first looks a little rough around the edges (which from converstating with her over the years I understand the hardship she's had) will seem angry at first from her face but once she starts talking she lights up and put this contagious smile on your face, I promise her pizza skills and speed will make you want to come back. Then there is one more girl ive seen for years that is energetic and funny if I'm having a bad day she can make it better just by being herself. In all this staff is doing a wonderful job and I will keep spending over 250$ a week here because the environment and food are a must in my weekly life. I love you guys keep being original and making amazing food you rock Also I saw someone comment about the driver going under the speed limit, after over hearing the manager they are tracked by those signs on the car so I'm guessing they can only go certain speeds?!"
