Every time I go against my mind and give them another try I still get disappointed, I always get sick the sour cream always have a taste or smell the guacamole is brown and they never get your order correct if I can give no stars and never want to fix yourorder waste of money I definitely need a refund

Had to stop going here even though it 's so close. You place an order on the app and show up around the time it says and you still have to wait 20+ minutes. Last time I was there the girl making the take out order 's hair was touching the food she wasmaking. They always seem to be out of something. A couple employees are working the rest are doing nothing. It 's a shame becauseChipotle has good food but when you have bad employees who don 't care about their jobs it effects the quality. I waited for over 30 minutes in line as online orders were being made and the in store lines was increasing. It was unorganized and it seemed like all the staff were doing their own thing. Laughing, telling jokes to one another, and not being courteous tothe paying customers. I asked to speak with the manager, and Kennedy came from the back but did not show any concern for myissues. I adked for corporate's telephone number and was told by Kennedy I could look it up online. I will never patronize thisestablishment again. It was dirty and the sevice was poor!

I had to stop visiting this restaurant, despite its convenient location. Even when you place an order through the app and arrive at the scheduled time, you still end up waiting over 20 minutes. During my last visit, I noticed that the employee preparing takeout had her hair touching the food, which was quite off-putting. They often seem to be out of various items, and while a couple of employees are working hard, many others just stand around doing nothing. I ordered online, which I will never do again! Crew members were talking and laughing and not giving customers the satisfaction to their visit. I ordered two items with extra chicken! It cost $3.50 extra for extra meat and when I tell you I had 7-8 piecesof chicken I?m not joking. You would?ve thought they were both veggie bowls/burritos smh. When I asked for extra sides the girlscaught horrible attitudes with me and as i waited another 10 mins just for them to bag those I had to grab the last sauce myself because they weren?t paying attention. I think a QUALIFIED manager should be put on night shifts immediately.

When I requested extra sides, the girls had terrible attitudes toward me. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes just for them to pack those sides, and I had to get the last sauce myself because they weren't paying attention. I really think a qualified manager needs to be put on night shifts immediately.

When I got up to order the worker who was working alone making everyone?s food stop taking orders and just work on online orders. Leaving everyone in line waiting. She did notsay anything to us she did not apologize she did not explain what was going on As everyone just stood there waiting for about 20more minutes. When she finally started to take my order she had a bad attitude she was tossing things around slamming spoonsinto the condiment bowls and was just very rude.
