I can't believe that at 8:20pm, they were out of tortillas, white rice, black or pinto beans, vegetables, and sour cream. The remaining food looked dry and unappetizing.

I ordered the double meat bowl usually steak and barbacoa. I wanted cilantro but non was available. The cheese and lettuce was there so I got those options. I also like the cardamom tea served at chipotle. I wish they have sugar free options but the tea is tasty. Overall there are burrito and quesadilla options. Overall good

I've been a couple of times to this location during lunch break, and they are always fairly fast. The flavors are good, and the money to portion size is worth it. They have definitely up-ed their game this last year with better employees. Each time, they have been smiley and engaging, which is great! The ambiance is good for groups as always. Why bother ordering online when they always mess it up?! How many times do I have to say it...today's burrito was supposed to have cheese but they didn't add ANY cheese. I paid extra for Guacamole again and got ZERO Guacamole. They need to hire someone who actually cares or can read! This isn't the first time they've shortchanged us. If I pay for something and don't receive it, that's considered being ripped off. Update: The link from Chipotle asking me to contact them is not working. Shaking my head (SMH).

I ordered a beef burrito on a wheat tortilla with black beans and brown rice. With the chips and guacamole and the fountain drink I paid $21. I would not have had a problem paying $21 except the chips sucked and the burrito was trash. The staff was exceptionally nice. The workers were really friendly and great but the experience was just sad. I did not stop at another Chipotle my entire time in Miami. Not sure I will ever visit Chipotle again. Which is really sad for me because I always thought Chipotle was healthy and affordable.

The restaurant lacked cheese and fresh fountain drinks, offering only regular soda. The workers did not wear masks, and the ones that did had them hanging on their chin. The dishes were a mix, some of which were undercooked and scattered all over. The server was stingy with the portion size of the chicken and it tasted very poor. The seating was uncomfortable with only chairs and no tables. Overall, I believe the dining experience, service, and atmosphere could have been better given the circumstances, but it turned out to be a horrible and disgusting dinner. I will not be returning.
