"Where do I begin? The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause the food was good and our hostess tried her best Natalia to make up for what was already a bad start. Our party reservation was at set at 5:30 pm. Didn't get our table until 6 pm. Standing and waiting in a packed house. I get it, their was a pretty big crowd. So we stayed as patient as possible. Then the food not only took a very long time but we didn't even get some items. The soda pepsi looked like water. Had to let them know to replace the syrup or give us another option. Then this Chuckee Cheese location is pretty small compared to other Chuckee Cheese locations. So I get that there's not many games to play. Having said that the staff didn't reset or tried to repair any games that were down. About 30% of the games were on error, call attendant, or just shut down. They need to get it together! I thanked our hostess who literally started to cry cause she was overly stressed and carrying a lot of weight on her shoulders. She tried her best with what she had but this was way too much to over come. On top of that it was her first time and I thought it was wrong for her to take on such a big task alone. I received a little discount for all the troubles we went through which was not enough but it is what it is. It's going to be difficult to come back to this location. It needs to get it together!"

Cool place. Given the CORONA VIRUS times, they're out of some toys. Games work. The cashier was nice she took care of us when we had an issue. She's nice and even nicer in person ?. Foods ok. Beer is good.

great fun for children. good pizza. they have discount package for military / veterans. Wednesday is cheaper for playing. prices are a bit expensive and they need a million points for everything. all in all, great for children.

This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The Anamitronic was freaky and it’s head fell off!!! And every game I tried to play broke after I kicked it a few times not very durable). 0/10 wouldn’t recommend coming here. Can’t wait to come back tomorrow!!! Visualizza piatti

the service is the worst, slow to help register and even slower to get her food. the manager has a friendly look, but it doesn't matter. I'm sure they're making it bad for a personal shortage, but who wants to work in this environment. no ambiguous and good administration.

First visit at this Chuck E. Cheese. The mouse house is always a joy to take the little ones out to play for the day. Surprised to see several games were down, not too crowded at the time we showed up, and the pizza is always delicious. Seem to have several employees on duty but the service at the front desk is slow. Go prepared to know what type of play time you want because I felt rushed. Love the trampoline they have. Now I know I won't have a party here. There's no longer Chuckie who comes out and entertains. The band is no longer there either. Still a great and fun place to come.
