"The food was absolutely amazing!!! But the service was hands down the best I have ever had!!! We had a large party, 14 people, and our server was phenomenal! I am probably going to spell her name incorrectly, and I apologize for that, but I believe her name was Jocelyn. Wow, great job, and the biggest thanks possible!!!"

"Friendly greeting once you come inside. Was seated fairly quickly and service was top notch. Server was on top of her game. Never had to ask for water or coffee refills. Food was nice and hot. Perfect spot for breakfast/brunch."

"I was sad when the Merrillville Firehouse Subs closed. It's good stuff. Hot tasty sandwiches and good soups. It's along the line of a Quiznos, if those exist any longer. A big step up from Subway, but a similar concept. The atmosphere pays homage tofiremen. A bit pricey a medium, soup and a drink topped $20."

"The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I joined the Sip Club, so I find myself there almost every day, both inside and in the drive-thru. As with any Panera location, the prices are a bit on the higher side. However, my orders are always satisfying and prepared correctly."

"Now, let's talk about the food. This was my first experience ordering steak at a restaurant, and I always prefer my meat well done. I chose the Longhorn steak, which they claim is their finest, and it was absolutely heavenly—juicy and so well prepared that I didn't even need steak sauce. The potatoes were incredibly creamy—some of the best I've ever had. The warm bread served before the meal was delightful; the butter melted perfectly as I spread it. My wife ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a baked potato and was equally impressed by the flavors. She also tried the loaded baked potato soup and declared it the best she’s ever tasted. Just when we thought we were ready to leave, Kevin came over and tempted us with dessert. My wife couldn't resist the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake, which was fantastic. I also found myself craving something sweet and chose the Baker’s Dozen Donut Bites—they were so delicious, I didn’t even share! Trust me, don’t just take my word for it; go try it and let me know your thoughts. And be sure to ask for Kevin—he's a fantastic server, and you won't be disappointed! Apologies for not snapping any photos; I was too eager to dig in!"
