"I had ordered a sheet cake for my daughter's birthday. I paid for it but its not what I had asked for. I am highly unsatisfied. I bought it because it's not fair to her that employees can't follow simple instructions!! Asked for a rainbow boarder, got some random colors that don't even go with each other,asked for gru,minions and Lucy but got one minion and Agnes on ice cream cake. Barely can see her name because it's in such a dark blue color blends in with the blue background."

"Not great service. We walked in the door, hostess was putting food into her mouth, looks at us, we signaled 2 people. She then looks at 2 servers, they mumbled something, then hostess said I don 't care which one of you does it, someone take them. We are led to a booth, rushed to place our orders. Got our food, not great either. The spinach artichoke dip was supposed to have ciabotta bread with it, we got plain white toast...not great...wrap was okay, but nothing great, and the panini was also on white toast. Would not recommend eating here. Staff didn 't get along and our service was subpar, as was the food. Underwhelming experience."

"Unexpectedly wonderful dinner in Algona. A colleague and I were in Algona and looking for a steak. Emeralds was perfect. I had the filet and loaded baked potato. They nailed the cooking temperature and the steak was excellent, my martini was spot on and I Loved the old school salad/soup bar. The decor is dated but exactly what I like to see. It’s a really great spot that I’d go out of my way to come back to!"

"An Algona institution, you really can't get much better among the cornfields than Premier. Thousands of children have grown up grabbing a slice at a high school basketball game or carving out a special dinner for the buffet on Thursday nights, and I make it a point to at least pick up an order of their famous cheesesticks whenever I'm back in town. This place has been run by excellent people since it opened, and has also employed plenty of high schoolers over the years. While other pizza joints have come and gone, Premier has always been there. Friendly service and great pizza will always be a winning combo. EAT HERE NOW!"

"Autumn and Heaven were absolutely amazing!!! Their beautiful spirits lifted me while I was down. James, the manager was great to talk too and very attentive. I had the privilege tonight of trying a possible Limited time only Cherry and Cream Calzone created by Autumn and James. Y 'all, when I say this dessert was good, I mean . Start asking for it. Thank you Autumn for including me. I forgot to mention that the pizza and chicken were the best in the whole town.
