"WHAT TO IMPROVE FOR YOUR BENEFIT: 1. The dressing is too salty. 2. Make the meatballs (side) much larger, about tennis ball size. Loved the ricotta. 3. The chicken gyro meat was dry; use moist, fresh chicken. 4. Add a fountain drink machine and offer some unique beverages. 5. The marinara sauce was fantastic with the garlic knots—both were excellent. 6. The salad was very good; consider adding cucumber. 7. Make your own authentic grape leaves (dolmas) instead of using canned ones. 8. Offer dessert. 9. Lower the prices. 10. Offer a wedding soup. I would have rated you a 3 because of these issues, but you have great potential as a small business. If you address these points, I believe you will do very well."

"The staff are extremely friendly from the minute you walk in until the time you leave. Everyone seems to work like a team which makes any business successful. The food was excellent especially the scallops and pork. The pasta with mussels were amazing. It’s actually on of the best pasta I have ever had, perfectly cooked al dente. Marco our server was very professional and made great recommendations. He definitely knows his food. Our desserts was fabulous. Definitely order the cannoli and the zeppolis, they are definitely our favorites. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Marco your amazing service!!"
