"visit the civil libation every time we are in the city, something has become of a tradition for me, my wife, my brother and my sister in law. we first checked it because it is next to regal strawbridge and had some vegan options. as it turns out, they have great drinks, great eating (that I and my wife can enjoy as much as my omni brother and his wife,) and a great staff. so we get dinner – the squash rings will blow out their socks – and some cocktails before we see our movie."

I tried their Vegan Mac Cheese as well as the Kale burger. Neither wowed me but they were decent. I would go back to try the BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich. The restaurant itself is beautiful.

Great food, great atmosphere and great service. U love how they incorporate the vegan dishes I to the menu, rather than keeping them separate. Their food is creative, whole food that is delicious. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I had the Mac Takis, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, and the Kale Crimini Burger all were delicious! Our waiter was so kind and brought us a delicious vegan chocolate “nice” cream to try that wasn’t even on their menu! Great experience, we will return! I would give 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me!

we had a great dinner here with a mixed vegan/non-vegan group. the squash rings were great and our server confirmed the chipotle diving sauce was vegan. in the did she went out of her to make sure that all our meals were correct and in the did vegan. the menu is well marked with a handful of V’s (which is surprisingly vegan, not vegetarian as most.) the Beet/Bohnenburgers were quite good, but the order of my man (real fleischburger) was completely wrong and nothing to scream after him, which is usually slightly satisfied. everything and everything was beautiful, but nothing from this world for the vegan or the carnivore.

Great boutique restaurant with multiple vegan options to choose from. Started with the vegan mac cheese appetizer. It is served with chipotle straws; very tasty. I had the BBQ pulled jackfruit. Really good, one of the best I have had. Generous portions; I was able to bring half home with me. They even have a vegan dessert which I took to go. Creative drink menu, great atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend Civil Libations!
