"The food was excellent, but the service when picking up my order was lacking. Fortunately, after I got to my car, I had a nagging feeling that something wasn’t right. I checked my bag and discovered that a part of my order was missing. I suggest implementing a process on the takeout side where staff checks the contents of the bag before handing it to the customer. This way, customers can ensure their order is correct before leaving, rather than finding out later that something is missing. The food was delicious, and parking was a breeze. They just need a bit more refinement when it comes to customer service."

"My father-in-law, wife, and daughter were in town from Taiwan and wanted a good Chinese restaurant to eat at. The one I had previously taken him to was closed for 4th of July, but I came across KPB Asian Bistro. Reviews were good, food photos looked good, so I decided on KPB. He brought a few of his siblings along and together we totalled 13 people. So my wife called ahead to let them know we were coming and asked if some tables and chairs could be set up for us. We arrived to the restaurant, located in a business district, and walked in to a bunch of tables and chairs set up and ready for us. It's a family-run restaurant as a young sibling took our orders from the register. Food arrived in about 15 minutes, which was great for a group our size. The food was amazing! Chicken, beef, and shrimp all tender and juicy; sauces were flavorful; and portions very sizable. My Taiwanese/Chinese family all loved the food! Off to the side of the dining room, the family were packing an awful lot of food and when asked what it was for, they were prepping 500 meals for a Christian convention of some sort. So personally, I was more excited to know they were a Christian family! So great food, great service, and they love the Lord! What more can you ask for?"

"I was disappointed to find that this restaurant does not offer any vegan alternatives, such as coconut cream instead of cow's milk cream, to make a vegan curry. Instead of accommodating vegan requests, they insist on offering options that are already vegan and refuse to make any modifications. I have been to Indian restaurants that are able to substitute coconut cream or other vegan alternatives, allowing customers to order any dish on the menu. The fact that this restaurant is unable to do so is quite surprising. They should consider hiring a new chef who is more accommodating to dietary restrictions and custom orders. For example, when I suggested they could simply omit the cream from a dish if they did not have a vegan substitute, they still refused. This is concerning, as they should be able to accommodate customers with allergies or dietary preferences. Until they become more customer-friendly in terms of nutrition and lifestyle choices, they do not deserve a positive review."

"Amazing.. Delicious.. satisfying. Perfect 10/10.. Very busy, but our order came out super fast. I ordered the chicken fried steak eggs Steak was perfect, my home fries delicious eggs done right, sourdough bread toasted right. Salsa on the side was very tasty and fresh. My son ordered the chicken and waffles, waffles tasty and chicken perfect. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, and decor is very modern. Services was great and we left very happy. Definitely we will be back. First time but not our last time."

"This restaurant continues to serve exceptionally good and delicious food. I recently tried the pad thai and red curry after almost a year, and if anything, they have only gotten better. The portions are huge, especially the soups, which are meant to be shared by four people. It would have been helpful if they had warned us about this. My dining partner and I were only two people and ended up with a lot of leftover soup. Additionally, if you request half veggies and half tofu in a dish, they cannot split the charge on the receipt, so you will receive both ingredients but be charged for both. It would have been nice if they had informed us about this as well, but it's not a big deal. Overall, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place. They can customize most dishes as vegetarian and even remove fish sauce, indicating that everything is fresh and made from scratch."
