"First visit here. We waited a long time to get our bill. Had to flag down waiter just to be told we needed to pay for it at the front. Other than that it was a good visit. "Great food. I had the Jalapeño Baconburger. The Bretzel-Hallen added a nice touch. The staff was wonderful and the local community was very friendly to have a conversation. I have eaten several times in Ellsworth and would recommend this place. I didn't get the meat because it was so big, but you won't be upset with your food. It has a nice touch of home missing from most restaurants. Thanks Padens."

"Made my final visit to the Ellsworth Sonic ...There have been multiple problems simular to what others are having but today takes the cake ...Went through the drive through because of course multiple stalls are out of order or not working properly. Ordered a burger and was told they are out of burgers ....why would a burger joint be out of burgers ? 30 min drive for me 1 way ....I'M DONE !!!! Service: Takeaway"

"So apparently I'm dodging a bullet by not being able to get a reservation. CALL BEOFE YOU SHOW UP! I've tried making reservations twice now (thank God we didn't trust hours listed on Google). We're an hour away. Who can afford to stay in business with hours of operation of 5-6:30 for the last reservation? Are you kidding me? The same lady has told me this twice! Because of ball games on TV......uh.... Seriously? From the sounds of all the other reviews, the service is just as bad as the hours they keep. This lady wasn't accommodating at all. She could care less that their hours listed aren't accurate. And even less about having customers."
