"The service was not up to par, but it wasn't terrible either. We had made arrangements and a reservation for our wedding party of 18-20 people. Upon arrival of our time frame, they were not ready or slightly prepared for us at all and gave us a 45-minute estimate wait period. Once we got everyone seated, and the 2 server were ready to take orders; one of the servers was not feeling the work load of a big table and his attitude reflected it, meanwhile the other server was beyond delightful and very helpful. On top of that, he decided to take half of the tables food order at the same time as drink orders, but either didn't mention it to the other server or didn't care, as half of our party was getting served food and ready to eat while the other half of the guests only had a beverage and yet to even place a food order to begin with. It's very rude and unprofessional. The last dish to be brought out to the table was also for the children, which is also a bit absurd."

Food was really good. Service was really fast for lunch. Only issue was the price. $12 for a lunch item that took maybe 3 minutes to arrive at our table after we ordered seems excessive.

Good food. Google has wrong closing times for Friday and Saturday. Actual hours 11am-10pm every day. Nice staff even though we came in with a party of 7 minutes before they closed (Google said 11pm)

I’m new to the Bay City area. My daughter and I wanted Mexican food. She called in the order and asked if Bay Road was the right location. I said yes without hesitation. Oooops!! Juan you are amazing. Thank you for handling my location debacle with grace and professionalism. You have a customer for life!!

I contacted the local restaurant to inquire about outdoor seating availability for dinner, and a man confirmed that there were seats open. However, when my daughter and friend arrived, they were told that the outdoor tables had been reserved by the owner for a private event. This was not only disappointing but also frustrating, especially during these COVID times when dining options are limited. Had they known this in advance, they would have chosen another place to eat.
