Cold Stone Creamery

I ordered ice cream, but it had the consistency of a smoothie. It melted too fast, which made me question whether they blended it or altered the recipe. When I spend $30 on ice cream, I expect a genuine ice cream experience.

I usually love cold stone but this was a horrible experience... I got mudpie mojo asked for no almonds and replace them with brownie... First bite nuts.... Not very happy wasted the whole like it ... So sad and was so looking forward to my treat....

Placed a to-go order for three items. Upon arrival, none of the creations were made and I had not arrived early. One associate started making the order and immediately made mistakes on an ice cream and single ingredient mix. Please do better and pay more close attention. Visualizza piatti

Ordered a mud pie mojo and they didn’t give me the correct ice cream and most of the employees were just messing around filming each other while we were eating. Made it difficult to carry on a conversation and made it feel like we were wrong for sitting in there and eating.

Had the pineapple mango smoothie . Obviously something was soured or was not prepared correctly. No way someone thought that was sellable. Made it to the trash can outside. Had another take two sipps just to make sure it wasn't me. TRASHED! 30 minutes later I'm puking. Waste of 17bucks.

This is the best place to stop by to sit outside and enjoy a cup or cone of amazing ice cream. They are promoting the Barbie movie with pink Barbie cotton candy ice cream. Delicious!!! Service was quick and friendly. They let us test our flavor before we purchased. Just totally enjoyed it. Visualizza piatti

This is the worst place to get ice cream or smoothies. On September 15, 2023, they made my smoothie using spoiled fruit. The ice cream was terrible. The customer service was awful as well. Don't waste your time or money here. I can't understand how they received 4-star reviews. I will never return.

Ordered 3 sizes.. each size contained the exact same amount of ice cream.. (about two scoops rolled then picked up directly from the tub then transfered to the counter) no one got asked about cone types or even of we wanted a cone.. or extra toppings.. and the employees refused to sing the coldstone song... and when I mentioned I thought the ice cream was lacking.. I was told it's what I paid for. W/e bad business.. bad management. Would not reccomend or go again.

This is the third time we’ve been here in a month. We kept trying to give them another chance. Everyone working every time we have gone has been so rude and always had an attitude. We went tonight and every ice cream flavor we wanted was melted to the point that you would need a straw to eat/drink it!! If we wouldn’t have said anything they would’ve given us watery ice cream.
