All Cold Stone Creamery stores are not created equal. Service at this location is AMAZING! And they are fully engaged in charitable service in their surrounding community.

Ordered the mix go creation. The mix ins were very limited and the container wasn’t even full! For the price (over 20.00) you would think you’d get your money’s worth. They are usually good about it, don’t know what happened this time.

Every time we visit this restaurant, we find it to be clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and my kids absolutely adore it! Today, the gentleman behind the counter was fantastic; he rewarded my daughter and me with ice cream for a great day at school! We love coming here as a treat or simply just because!

We had a great experience at Cold Stone last night! We tried a few samples before picking our ice cream (of course). The employees were helpful and kind as we made our selections. I couldn?t decide between adding brownies or Reese?s cups and the employee that made my creation reminded me I could do both! Glad I listened to him! Yum.

I absolutely love Cold Stone and ice cream in general. I was really impressed by this location because the staff were not at all annoyed when I mentioned my allergy. They went above and beyond to ensure that there was no risk of my unusual allergy being triggered. I tried the Monster Cookie Mash and was pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors came together. Ice cream was DELICIOUS but I was impressed with the service at this particular Creamery. People that work there are VERY FRIENDLY. They welcome every customer, they wish you a good day when leaving the store and they took care of you very well. Even that my English is not very good, they did a great job trying to understand my clumsy accent and they gave me and EVERYBODY at the store a GREAT SERVICE! I'll come back for sure!

I took my daughter here to celebrate her birthday, and what could be better than ice cream on a special day? I tried the Black Cherry flavor and added some Twix for a delicious twist. My wife opted for Vanilla but piled it high with all kinds of candies and chocolates; she was really pleased with her creation. My daughter chose Vanilla as well, adding an assortment of chocolates to hers. The service was prompt, and the two guys who served us were fantastic!

I went in 3 days before my daughters birthday to order a custom cake she specifically requested and was SOOOO excited for!! They assured me it would be ready for pickup at 12pm on her birthday. I got there at 1pm that day, and there was no cake. The girls working there couldn?t get ahold of the cake decorator either to find out why, but now we have no cake for my daughters birthday party that she really really wanted. It honestly really sucks and is not fair to her at all. I?m very upset that this happened this way and would strongly caution ANYONE ordering a custom cake from this store to either go somewhere else, or have a backup plan so your kids birthday isn?t ruined.
