"I’ve been coming here for a long time service has always been great ! Typically very busy especially lately. Staff is always very nice helpful. The male female managers are my favorite and never complain about how I request my shakes to be made or about me wanting it in a personal cup I bring. Went in a few times recently, that card reader is so slow, the receipt printer doesn’t work sometimes and during the day there was only one girl there and had a long line so I had to wait longer than expected there hasn’t been more than 2 people working even on weekend nights when the line is out of the door staff always remains friendly and works as fast as they can. Everyone that comes here regularly has had to notice that they are extremely short staffed compared to a couple months ago. The 2 managers have been definitely improving things over the summer and making the place run and look better they’re a great team. Hopefully when they get more staff and a new printer wait times will get better ."

We love Cold Stone but we came specifically for the Rocky Mountain caramel apples. They did not fail to disappoint. There was a great variety to choose from. I'm a happy camper!

I really appreciated the friendly staff who welcomed us as if we were the most important guests. I would love to return, but I was just visiting. Hopefully, I will find another location with such a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The staff is excellent and the service is top-notch. The ice is also really refreshing. However, the credit card machine has been a significant issue. There are long lines extending out the door because the printer or system frequently malfunctions. Please consider upgrading your POS system for the sake of your business.
