Manager tried to seat us in a booth with 6 people. Did not want us to put 2 tables together, so he split our group of 6. Food was ice cold. Our waitress was nice to our table but rude to other one. Manager stole a phone that was left on the table and said they never saw it. It was tracked in his apron.

Such a great lunch choice!!! Thank you Ty, for being so sweet positive such a genuine smile!!! We had such a wonderful meal!! The house salad was so crisp cold! Our plates were hot fresh!!! My fave is always the fried okra!!! Keep up the great work Cotton Patch of Cedar Hill!!! This is our 2nd visit in the past 2 weeks!!! Food looked so great we didn’t make time to photograph

We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated after only 15 minutes. My group and I were happy with the quality of the food. However, our baked potatoes were served cold. This was promptly addressed by the manager who brought us hot and delicious replacements. Our waitress was very attentive despite being busy. I love this place, but on weekends you can 't get a seat. The wait is over an hour sometimes longer. I had a call-in but I ordered Chicken Dumplings. There was just juice in the bowl. I had to call 7-8 times before they answered. Two times they hung up on me by picking the phone up just hanging it up. I asked the person that finally answered not to hangup. I know they are busy, but I am important too. I paid for my food already and I have a major issue; I didn 't get what I paid for!

Do not bother visiting this restaurant - the food portions are small and it has a bad smell. I ordered a chicken fried chicken and both a worker and the manager (who was bald) questioned if I had ordered a junior meal, which implied they knew the portion was small. When I requested a different meal, the manager became rude and insisted on giving me the same thing. Eventually, he admitted they were out of sides and had thrown away my original meal with the sides. I ended up getting a refund. For better value and customer service, I recommend going to the Arlington location.

Not the “go to” place it used to be. A/C not working and people were fanning with their menus. You have to wait a long time to be seated. All but 2 male wait staff moved at a snail’s pace. Manager was primarily our waiter as our real waitress seemed lost and didn’t do anything we asked. Drink refills were nonexistent unless you reached out to whoever was nearby. Guess we were lucky. We watched people at a nearby table leave when they never received drinks (we heard them remind the waitress). Caesar salad had no dressing on it. Can you say lettuce? We walked in waited 10 minutes to be approached only to be told by what seemed to be some sort of manager. Tables and booths empty throughout the restaurant some, few tables needing to be bussed. No enthusiasm sense if urgency at all. Even my 14 year daughter said dad let's go, they don't seem to keep their promises here While four other couples showed up behind us. They tried to go to the second couple that showed up after us to reserve a seat. That couple told him, (they) meaning my daughter and I were before them. great food. a terrible service. the whole environment was very inadequate. many employees are standing around and do nothing. it was as if there was absolutely no guidance so no one was motivated to give good service. we waited incredibly long to be able to sit (it was 9 o'clock on a Monday night and was not the least busy.) when they finally acknowledged the waiting, they went very unchalant to us to clean a table (there were many dirty tables waiting to be driven.) they removed the dirty dishes, and then plagued with some workers, then washed us again, then the When we asked for a towel to dry the table itself, they came very slowly with paper napkins and ran their hands over about 1/3 of...

June 2021! I had the chicken spaghetti and butter cake and it was delicious, I just wish the chicken spaghetti had more cheese and seasonings but overall for it to come from a restaurant it was good! It was my first time here and won't be my last, I'm in love with this place and can't wait to try different things on the menu.
