"Ordered a VERY simple delivery order at 3:55 on a Thursday afternoon. We were told it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, my fiancé called to ask (respectfully if the food would be arriving soon. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude to him. She told him that he lied about being told the delivery would be 20 minutes (why would he lie about that? and that their delivery time was ALWAYS an hour. It’s now been over an hour and still no delivery. We will not be ordering from here again. Update: I just called to check on my order. The lady on the phone told me that “I would never be told 20 minutes for delivery.” I explained multiple times that I was told that. She told me I should never have expected it to be ready in 20 minutes. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I am astounded by their lack of customer service, communication and respect. "It had been a while since our last visit. The new location has never had enough room for my family of six, so today we just brought four of us. When we arrived, the place was quite packed, but it didn’t stay that way for long as tables cleared out soon after we were seated. It felt like it took a while for our food to arrive, especially since there were only us and one other table left after we ordered. However, our appetizer—brisket nachos—was fantastic, and our main courses were great as well! Even the kids loved everything. I do wish the restaurant were bigger so that my whole family could dine here, but hopefully there will be space for us next time. The food is definitely worth it!"

"That's sad that people get kicked out and banned just because they used to date. I do not understand how people tend to stay in business this way. That girl and her boyfriend came to your establishment to pay for food and support your business. Right away you just toss them out all because the bartender didn't like her. Your paying customers should come before pettiness. She was never rude nor said anything to the bartender. Never caused any trouble. Sounds like a toxic environment. "I placed an online order the other day to grab and take home to the family we live about a half hour away from the store and I had to stop at another restaurant to pick up another order before I headed home. I got home roughly 45 minutes after picking up my order. I opened my sandwich and there was nothing on it except steak and bacon no cheese not one of the 13 other ingredients that I picked and were listed on my receipt were on the sandwich I thought to my self what the heck so I called up to the store just expecting them to send out a coupon for my food to replace the 1 sandwich that was messed up or write my name down or something to make it right. Jayde answered the phone and was genuinely sorry and wanted to help she told me she had to talk to her shift leader and asked me to hold for just a second and she took the phone with her and did not mute it so I heard everything and started explaining what happened to her shift leader Olivia (who I found out later isn 't actually a shift leader) after jayden got done telling her what happened olivia started yelling in the background and said are you kidding me it 's been over and hour is she stupid there 's nothing we can do for her jayden got back on the phone and was like mam im very sorry my shift leader won 't do anything but let me take your name and number and I 'll talk to my manager about it tomorrow. So I asked if her manager was still Tamara and jayden said yes. I explained to her that I knew Tamara personally as I used to be a manager of subway close by and we communicated often as well as knowing each other growing up. I sent her a picture of my receipt and a picture of my sandwich and told her what happened. She was extremely helpful in getting it fixed for me as soon as she got there the next morning she made sure I was reimbursed for the mistakes that were made! Tamara is an absolute amazing manager and that store would be a lost cause with out here the food the quality the cleanliness has significantly improved since Tamara has been the manager! I can 't judge a store off of one ignorant and extremely rude employee. But the managers quick response and dedication to getting my situation fixed was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her for it so much! Also jayden the employee who answered the phone and had to deal with that one ignorant employee named olivia deserves a huge shout out to she was so sweet and was willing to go above olivia to help!!! Amazing work Tamara! Subway dosent appreciate you enough, but your customers sure do love you!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will NOT return!!! Nor recommend this place to anyone! I placed an order online it stated food would be ready for pick-up in 45mins. Showed up about an hour after placing order. Go inside to pick-up window. Cashier runs my cc for payment then after getting payment informs me it will be another 5 to 10min wait. Only area to wait in is a VERY SMALL waiting room with 4 chairs. NO DONE IN AVAILABLE AT THIS PLACE even though their online, menus, outside sign states DINE IN. So I went back out to my car waited 5mins went back in waited in line behind 3 other customer's to them be told again 5 to 10 more mins for my order. Went back outside to my car waited another 5 mins went back in, waited in line AGAIN for my turn. Then once I am at the window the girl takes 2!! phone call orders, still has not even acknowledge me. She then walks to the back comes back up front to then push my bag of food through the window shuts the window. The attitude overall service from this location is HORRENDOUS. Also would like to note. On the order I specified no carrots in the vegetable fried rice. It was also notated on the order form (menu) as you can see by the attached photo...there are carrots in this fried rice. If I had to wait well over an hour 15 mins for my order I'd expect it to be 100% correct. HORRIBLE Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
