We've been here for an hour and still haven't received our food! Regardless of how busy they are, they could certainly improve in this area!

I visited for breakfast today and was welcomed with a smile and prompt service. My waitress was very attentive and did everything possible to ensure I had a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We stopped for a quick dinner during a long drive, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The tables were well spaced apart, providing us with plenty of privacy. Our server was very friendly and took excellent care of us. Visualizza piatti

The hosts had a bit of trouble finding us a table for two, but thankfully, when they did, we were seated in Mary’s section. She was an excellent server. We both ordered the roast beef, which was tender and served hot. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stop when traveling on the turnpike.

I really enjoy Cracker Barrel, but I rated the service a three out of five because the food often takes a long time to arrive. This time, it took around 35 minutes for our meals to come out. Our server was outstanding and did apologize for the wait, but this is my main issue with the restaurant.

We have visited other Cracker Barrels in the past, but this was our first experience at the Mechanicsburg location. The kids had a great time, the service was outstanding, and we are especially thankful to the gentleman who treated our whole family to ice cream. His kind gesture meant a lot to us. I ordered the Grandma's Sampler Platter, and it was amazing. The ham and bacon were extremely delicious, and the pancakes were just as delightful. They even included a cute little mini syrup bottle! The food came out quickly, and I had no issues whatsoever. I also appreciated being able to scan a QR code to pay my bill right from my phone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The biscuits were as hard as a rock. The waitress never brought out the cornbread. I asked her to bring my gravy and biscuits alongside my friend's meal, but she served them well before his dish arrived. My friend had chicken and dumplings, which were cold. Overall, I'm quite unhappy with both the service and the food. I've visited this place four times now, and each experience has been disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy it, but I'm very let down.
