"Unfortunately, I have not had the honor of trying the food here yet but I can tell it is delicious. That said, every time I'm here, the staff is always very friendly with me. I'm speaking as a GrubHub driver. I'm going to go the extra mile and give them a shout out because I left my sunglasses behind when picking up a delivery awhile back, and Samir kept them for me and have them to me next time I had an order from that place. I will update this review when I finally have the honor of eating there. And based off of my experiences there so far as a driver, I can only imagine that my experience will be even better as a customer and that's saying something."

"This restaurant is an AMAZING local establishment that does everything they can to please their customer. They graciously took my take out order this evening even with a 30-45 min wait to be seated in doors. They made accommodations to meals they no longer have on their menu and my vegetarian diet. Food was in abundance and delicious as always. Thank you MVR for being one of Y-towns most well known and BEST restaurants"

"I usually don't like to leave bad reviews for places but when the shoe fits....I Stopped in on my lunch break to try a new place. They weren't too busy but it was very small and had too many tables in such a small space. I ordered a beverage and a fish sandwich and added cheese. The sandwich does not come with fries or chips. My bill for a drink and a sandwich was $15 and some change! They have a menu that's priced like we're in New York and it's Youngstown. I did receive 2 slices of bread as an appetizer that came in an unlined plastic basket?? When I went to check it seemed as if the staff were all oblivious to any customer activity. I waited at the host stand for over 4 mins while I watched the younger girl working there play on her phone and the other guy just rambling away at the kitchen staff."

"Never again. The owner made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I spent nearly $20 for a simple sandwich and drink. I ordered ahead and planned to take my order to-go, but I decided last-minute that I would just have my lunch there. I grabbed my order and took a seat. It wasn’t five minutes later, the owner asked to bring me a plate (as opposed to the to-go container). While I appreciated the gesture, I just didn’t think it was necessary and politely declined. He was noticeably infuriated by my response (stormed off while shaking his head and mumbling). He disappeared around the corner, and I heard a door slam. I was confused, upset, and embarrassed. So, I will never go there again. It’s a shame because I work downtown and my office loves Mocha House, but we will pass from now on."

"I went there strictly for carry out. It was St. Patrick's Day so I figured it would be busy. I was there when they opened. They had 2 main menu item. No french fries available. I can see that being it would be crazy busy. I was handed a pre-made box containing a Reuben,sauces, chips and a pickle. I also bought several dessert items. I paid by credit card. The machine asked if I wanted to add a tip. I declined. Later when I reviewed my receipt they added a 20% tip AND a delivery fee. I called the next day to report their error. I was told it was not their error and that the delivery fee was because I picked up my own lunch and their machine was set up for 20% and there was nothing that could be done. The sandwich meat was very good but not much meat for a large 15.99 sandwich."
