Cracker Barrel - Piatti

The service is typically great and usually no wait. The food is just like any cracker Barrel and that's good. I tried the pot pie this go around it was nice and hot very tasty. Salt to taste too. I willbe returning.

The fried pickles were fantastic! You can't go wrong with the knödeln and other Southern comfort dishes. I absolutely loved the lemonade. When Josh is your server, you're in for a treat – he’s exceptional! He frequently checks in and keeps you updated on your order, and he's incredibly friendly too!

Always a fun place to visit with good things to see and fresh food to eat. Pity COVID has them short staffed; be ready to wait and be flexible on ordering. Options may be limited. Clean store and excellent customer service. Food came out quick and hot. Chicken and dumplings were good, but a few dumplings were too thick and not cooked through. Fried apples were delicious. New squash casserole tasted burnt, and we sent it back. Green beans were great. Chef salad was amazing- fresh! Ranch dressing tasted homemade. Biscuits and cornbread were fresh baked.

We had a good experience at this Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee. A mistake was made with our meals and we could not get the meal we ordered. The person taking our carry out order was not that great, however the manager on the date of our visit on July 21, 2022 was awesome in handling our concerns and providing other options. We enjoyed our meals and will continue to visit this restaurant. This is a well run restaurant and we appreciate the food and services from the manager and other workers.

we had a light Thanksgiving mishap and ordered through the cracker call website for pickup and it was the seamless experience that I could go through on Thanksgiving day. they had a 2-hour waiting time for the seat inside a dame on the parking lot, so we are glad to avoid that. we got our food in time after we had ordered it, they had the pass-through setup through the back with people to guide them so they could come in and get out to pick up their food. we never got out of the truck. they were extremely polite, very organized and eating was amazing. Additionally, the tables around us were messy, and the floor needed cleaning, as there were crumbs and food scattered about. It was not a good experience. Eventually, we decided to leave, and not a single staff member said anything to us on our way out. I reported what happened to the hostess, who simply apologized without offering any further assistance or explanation. I really need to reconsider my next visit to Cracker Barrel. We ended up going to Sonny’s BBQ instead, and within five minutes, we were seated and served. I had much better luck getting a meal there compared to the Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee.

We waited and waited, but none of the three waiters bothered to come to our table. Someone came in and dropped something at the table behind us without saying a word. The waitress at the table next to us also completely ignored us, and I noticed another waiter frequently passing in and out of the kitchen without acknowledging my partner, who even tried to get their attention. After waiting a while longer, we decided to leave. My partner stopped to mention something to the hostess as we exited, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. After writing this, I saw that they have a 2.5-star rating, which I think is way too generous.

Clean bowls for us to use. COVID still an issue. But, at least they brought biscuits to the table. Unfortunately, I spoke too soon. Our entrees came out and it was horrible. My son 's grilled cheese was only warm enough to melt the butter on the bread, but not the cheese. My daughter 's chicken tenders looked like chicken breast sliced into thin strips and then battered in some kind of weird batter. The side of fries looked like it also came with something we couldn 't figure out--we know it was something fried. My wife 's meal came with the completely wrong side. I was so upset, I immediately paid my ticket and left, leaving all the food on the table. Sad to say, I will never visit a Cracke... Visualizza piatti
