Everything was fantastic! Our server was able to handle our large group with children. The kids loved their meals. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Great server, (Mara Good food. Love the gift store. A little dirty looking and as at most restaurants these days, staff seems scarce and inexperienced (except Mara). Phone app for payment is handy and helps with scarce staffing, I'm sure.

The meal was average, not outstanding. My companion did not like the green dish at all. The fried okra was surprisingly delicious, but very spicy. It took over an hour for our meals to be served to our table of five, with only one mistake in the order. The prices were fair, but I had hoped for better quality. I enjoyed browsing the gift shop and purchased a cute pitcher.

I saw signs for cheesecake pancakes and instantly got hungry. When it was time for lunch, I knew I had to give them a try. Oh my goodness! They came topped with strawberries, strawberry syrup, and a generous dollop of whipped cream. They also came with either bacon or sausage and the choice of eggs. The last three times I ordered from Cracker Barrel, they were out of the items I wanted. I understand this may be due to short supply chains, but it's frustrating when they don't communicate this ahead of time. I had to wait an hour for my lunch, only to find out from the delivery driver that they were out of the main ingredient. I ended up canceling my order and I think I'm done with Cracker Barrel at this point.

came to this situation on a trip to wild adventure after quoted 1.5 hours waiting in another restaurant for our party of 9. destini replied on the phone when I called and was very personal and funny. I said we should get down. After we arrived, we had waited for a short time and the children wanted to get sweets. she was so sweet in the interaction with them and talked to them about her day. also went over and beyond and bought them some of the candy sticks with their own money. what a great job! we did our day. the children always talked about how nice she is.

Fantastic experience at this Cracker Barrel. We stopped for dinner on our way home from a weekend trip.We had a new server that did great. Thanks Zy. She was attentive, smiled plenty and checked on us the right amount. Only criticism of the meal was obvious smaller serving sizes and some sides were not very warm.Everything tasted great. Wife had an extra pork chop to take home.Also enjoyed the selection of stuff in the store. Bought a few beach themed items for home.Staff was friendly.
