If Lucretia S in customer service would really look at my review, she would know it was NOT a poor experience. Again: Gift shop 4.0 stars excellent Restaurant food 3.0 stars good Avg 3.5 stars!!! Where is the word POOR in the review???

2 chicken meat fried chicken dishes, one without serious. I have 2 cfc meals without serious. When I called back, I was asked if I wanted to come back to get the gravur. Of course not, they don't pay for my gas. I've been getting the manager in control forever. I love cracker barrel, but that was disappointing.

Loves the food but….. curbside pickup is ridiculous!!! Employees here are so incredibly LAZY! I checked in via the link from the text. Waited 10 minutes and called to see what’s up. After 5 minutes, someone picked up and said it’ll be right out. 20 minutes passed and I called and after waiting 5 minutes picked up and then hung up!!!!! Avoid going to this restaurant an hour before closing. We waited for an hour for our to-go order, and when we returned to our hotel, the pot pie dough was undercooked and appeared to have been microwaved. Additionally, we were missing two sides. The staff had a very indifferent attitude. I usually love Cracker Barrel, but this location was disappointing. I went back in the morning to get a refund, but it never happened. This location is really unsatisfactory.

for years I have come to a cracker barrel and I have been chasing kekse and gravy so we decided to drive to our nearest location (about 40min.) we arrived at 10 o'clock and there were about 30 minutes waiting time, which was good. we just waited 15 minutes. the load was nice to look around during this time. our server was very pleasant and attentive. that was okay, not the quality I remembered, but the price was fair. we have also missed a bowl with engraving, but have not asked because a bowl is a decent size. probably wouldn't go so far to come back.

If I could, I wouldn't give this place any stars. We waited 50 minutes at 4:30 PM, and the restaurant was empty. After waiting an hour for a table, the service was terrible. We waited another 40 minutes just to get our food, which is unacceptable. When we spoke to the manager, all we got was an excuse about being short-staffed. Meanwhile, the two managers were just standing at the check-in table chatting while their staff were running around like crazy. They could have stepped in to help. Even trying to pay for our meal at the gift shop was a hassle! I would recommend skipping this place if you can.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I've been coming to this location for about 3-4 months with no issues. Till recently. First off, Like I stated I never had an issue with Cracker Barrel. About two weeks ago me and someone else came here for breakfast. Hash brown casserole was ok. Nothing to complain. But I got French toast. The bread tasted frozen and more sour then usual for places who use sour dough bread. Couldn't even eat it I was done. Later on, I got atrociously sick. Figured I won't get the French toast again. Went here a couple days ago and got their grilled sirloin. I never had an issue when ordering this. Always came out medium rare. I got my steak not even rare it was severely...

I've been here for years. I try to get rid of the hours so I don't have to wait or be overcrowded. Never go on Sunday unless you want to wait. they have an online alert list they can add their names before the time. I used it a few times. love the chicken soup at the rare opportunity they have the day in go. you can't really go wrong with something on the menu, except okra,gag. best breakfast bang for her buck everywhere. the country-boy breakfast is not possible. they are almost always close to the staff, so don't be in a hurry.
