Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Generally good home-style cooking with a unique country store that you pass thru to get to the dining room. Best no-sugar-added apple pie available anywhere!

The food was fantastic, and, despite it taking a moment to get it out, our waiter Taylor kept checking up on us consistently to make sure everything was okay. He was very friendly and was always happy to help! I got the fried chicken salad here

our waitress was fantastic. my spouse had one of the best sirloins he ever had, and it was only 14.99 we paid six times that for a steak that did not get close to so delicious. breakfast all day is a bonus. that was waiting a bit long, but then we were back at a weekend when it was parade of homes. we will definitely come back.

I really love the flavor, the portions and the presentation of their food. It's very filling and wholesome. You get to shop or play checkers while you wait to be called. They have a big sitting area. It feels very homey and relaxing. The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and attentive. I LOVE their butter biscuits. They are fluffy and buttery. Their chicken is so delicious. It's juicy and tender. I try to come at least once a month.

I stopped by for a quick meal while charging our electric vehicle at around 12:50 PM. We had to wait 20 minutes, so our car was fully charged by the time we were seated at 1:15 PM. I attempted to order the white fish from the menu, but it was unavailable. I chose a few other items instead. By 2:09 PM, our food still hadn’t arrived, so we decided to leave. We had breakfast here. I got the pancakes with 100% pure natural syrup. The syrup comes in a tiny cute bottle. Food was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was super nice. If you prefer to have lunch or dinner, not served until later probably 19am or 11am check with them what tike otherwise will just be breakfast available to order. I like going thru the store where can buy things if want before going into restaurant but may not be ideal for everyone. I picked up a cream soda brand from the store there never tried can taste difference it was okay would get one again.

Our group was looking for somewhere for dinner close to our hotel and saw the Cracker Barrel sign. The last time any of us were in a Cracker Barrel was 4 years ago when we were all down south. We pretty much all split meals by couple and everyone enjoyed their dinners. For dessert two of us had the peach cobbler and one the chocolate fudge cake, both of which were yummy. Ocean was a good server and while there were a few hiccups she took care of everything so all was good. Then of course the ladies had to buy various things from the gift portion of the store and Charlotte was helpful at the register. All in all a nice evening and food.

I can’t believe I’ve never been to a Cracker Barrel before, but I guess that’s because there aren’t any in Orange County. We stopped by on our way home from Zion for a late breakfast/lunch. The food was fantastic, and even better were the prices—I was really surprised by how affordable everything was. I tried their new Cheesy Bacon Homestyle Fried Chicken, which came with two sides. I went with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was a generous portion, crispy, and bursting with flavor. The mashed potatoes were pretty standard and not my favorite, while the broccoli was just fine.
